E’stel Beverages to sponsor the premier Tasman Trophy club competitions
The Tasman Rugby Union (TRU) is proud to have on board E’stel Beverages as our premier Tasman Trophy sponsor for senior club men and women competitions. E’stel is a Nelson based, independent, family owned and run beverage company with a focus on natural alkaline water.
The first round of the E’stel Tasman Trophy commences this Saturday and is sure to bring exciting local club rugby to a ground near you.
Established in 2013 by brother in laws Andrew Strang and Wayne Herring, they set out to create a unique product that you cannot find anywhere else.
The source of E’stel Natural Alkaline Water comes from one of the deepest bores in New Zealand, based in the Tasman region. The glacial water is naturally filtered by ignimbrite rock deep underground, with a measured age of 27,000 years.
E’stel Natural Alkaline Water is the pinnacle of design and a leader in the Premium bottled water market.
Both Andrew and Wayne are keen rugby men. Andrew played rugby for Stoke club and Wayne played 50 games for Buller.
“We’re extremely passionate about our Community and our Rugby. Having our brand associated with the Region’s premier club competition is a fantastic synergy for us as it is the perfect combination of the two! We are immensely proud to stand behind the TRU, as they echo our values, and belief that sport, fitness, and health is a vehicle through which we can find the best in ourselves, both as rugby players, and as people”, said Andy Bunny, E’stel Sales Director, who is also involved with the Wanderers Club JAB.
“The TRU is proud to have E’stel join our family of Sponsors, and to have a great local brand sponsor our premier Tasman-wide Division 1 competitions for both men and women”, said Les Edwards, TRU Commercial & Marketing Manager.
E’stel and TRU will soon be announcing a promotional initiative that will allow Club to fund raise with E’stel product.
