The Tasman Trophy senior club competition is here yet again, and we are pleased to have E’stel Beverages on board as naming rights sponsor. This is the best senior rugby competition in the South Island. Every year it produces Mako, Super, NZ Under 20 and NZ 7s players. I’m positive the quality of the rugby will enthral spectators and introduce us to the stars of the future.

Te Puoho Stephens in line for All Blacks Sevens debut

Tasman's Te Puoho Stephens has been called up for an All Blacks Sevens debut at next week's Las Vegas tournament. "Te Puoho has had a couple of years for Tasman at the national sevens and in our development programme this season, so it is a great opportunity for him," says coach Clark Laidlaw.
