DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
The Tasman Rugby Union is a
leading New Zealand Rugby Union.
Our Community Rugby Team is
one of the most successful and passionate in New Zealand.
We are currently seeking a Club
Development & Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support and
management for community rugby, provide liaison and communication with affiliated
organisations, and provide operational support including the management of
match day operations of club finals, 7’s, representative fixtures & male
& female NPC matches.
This position is permanent for
the right candidate. It is Nelson or Blenheim based.
The Club Development & Operations Coordinator will be a key member of the Community Rugby Team,
ensuring that Tasman Rugby Union creates a standard for innovation and success in
rugby development and competitions.
Successful applicants
must have:

Experience in
sport development programmes, with a strong understanding of Club and school
development issues.

A passion for
rugby.
·
Exceptional
organisational, planning, and facilitating skills.
·
Strong
communication skills.
·
Comprehensive
delivery and presentation skills.
·
The ability to
work effectively in a team environment.
