Phase 1 – 2026:
Log in to your Rugby Xplorer profile, or create one if you are new to the system.
Setting up or accessing your Rugby Xplorer profile is the first and most important step for both administrators and participants. Every participant must have their own profile in the system. If you took part in 2025, simply log in using the same email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily.
Phase 2 – 2026:
Clubs and schools review and update their Rugby Xplorer settings for the new season.
This includes tasks such as setting registration fees and updating their registration options for 2026. Once this process is complete, participants will be able to register for the upcoming rugby season. Clubs and schools can promote registrations through their usual communication channels, or users can log in, search for their club or school, and register once registrations are open.
